Chris Crofts

Chris is a director-level communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience and multiple communications qualifications. After two decades working in-house leading the Internal Communications functions at large complex organisations such as HSBC, Aviva and Diageo, Chris has built a reputation for professionalising teams, bringing a strong measurement focus and driving communications and engagement activities that have real impact.

As a consultant and trainer, Chris now specialises in upskilling internal communications teams particularly in areas of measurement and strategic influencing and working with corporate clients to help them launch and embed new visions, values and strategies. As a multiple award winner herself, Chris now judges a number of communication industry awards and contributes to key textbooks on the subject of employee engagement. Chris also runs training programmes for the UK’s Institute of Internal Communications.
